Harry Kane’s Future in Tottenham and Trades

As the 2022–23 season comes to a close, attention is shifting to Harry Kane, Tottenham’s star striker, and his future with the team.

In 2023–2024, the 29-year-old’s Spurs contract will come to an end, which might provide the London club a serious cause to sell if they are unable to reach an agreement on a new one. Spurs would probably prefer to make a profit on a player who could fetch a high transfer fee than let him leave for nothing when his contract ends the following summer.

Harry Kane appears to have four solid choices for this summer: he can either stay at Tottenham or go to Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, or Manchester United.

Ange Postecoglou has been working hard behind the scenes for about a month now in preparation for his new position as head coach of Tottenham, which he began on Saturday.

Since his hiring was announced on June 6, the Australian has been meticulously preparing for what appears to be a massive task at Spurs, who are currently facing the reality of playing no European games for the first time since 2010.

What’s Ange walking into?

The difficulty Postecoglou will face at Spurs has been well-documented.

It has been a terrible few months for Spurs supporters ever since Antonio Conte’s outburst at Southampton. Interestingly, Tottenham was fourth before Conte left, but at times it seemed like a bogus position because the teams behind them had games left to play.

It was a mistake to keep Cristian Stellini in control of Conte’s backroom personnel. With some ups and downs, Ryan Mason took over for the final games, but ultimately, the audience was eager for the season to be over.

This appears to be the ideal time for a total reset with changes to the playing squad and the executive team as there will be no European action in the upcoming season.
