Frapapa 100% Welcome Offer is only available to NEW Customers and these are customers who have completed their registration either on our website, mobile apps or in our shops. How to withdraw your bonus
For you to be able to withdraw your 300% Welcome Bonus, you must meet the following wagering conditions. Failure to meet these conditions makes the Bonus amount non-withdrawable will result in either forfeiture of the Welcome Bonus or penalties.
- The Bonus must be staked a minimum of 5 times for the first, second and third deposit on any sports market with minimum odds of 1.3 per event and total odds of 5.00 or greater. For example; if your qualifying deposit is ₦1,000 and you get a ₦1,500 Bonus. You will have to stake a total of ₦7,500 with minimum odds of 1.3 per event and total odds of 5.00 or greater before your Welcome Bonus is unlocked and made available for you to withdraw.

- All events in your ticket must be within the bonus expiry date as events outside it, will not count towards the wagering condition. For example; if your bonus will expire in 7 days, all events in your bet slip should have a settling period not later than 7 days. Any event with a settling date later than the 7 days will not count towards the bonus wagering conditions.
- Multiple bets on the same sports event is not allowed and does not count to the bonus wagering conditions. That is, you cannot bet on a match between Chelsea and Arsenal on Sunday with multiple tickets using your bonus. If you do so to meet the rollover conditions, you will face a penalty which will have us increase your wagering conditions.
- If you attempt to withdraw you 300% Welcome Bonus before the wagering conditions are met, the Bonus amount will be forfeited
- The wagering conditions must be met and the bonus turned over within 14 days of receiving the Bonus. If the wagering requirements are not met within 14 days, the Bonus will be forfeited.
Note that your qualifying deposit amount does not count towards the wagering requirements.
